Frequently asked questions
What is included in the plan?
Everything. You get full access to every feature from day one — unlimited booking pages, group sessions, payments, subscriptions, staff management, calendar syncs, and more. No feature locks — every tier includes the same features.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
After 30 days, you'll need to add a payment method to continue using all features. Without payment, you can still access your dashboard but won't be able to manage bookings or use platform features.
What is your refund policy?
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal after your purchase. Payments are processed by Mollie. For more details, view our full refund policy.
How is the price determined?
By your active member count. Under 100 members: €50/month or €549/year. 100–349 members: €150/month or €1,650/year. 350+ members: €300/month or €3,300/year. We count active subscribers, not staff or bookings — so it scales cleanly with the size of your gym.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Planurr is 100% GDPR-compliant. All your data is encrypted and stored in Europe (Cloudflare datacenters). We don't sell data and use industry-standard security.
